
Common Ways You Could be Aging Yourself
Sis we need to talk. There are some common ways that you could be aging yourself and I have to admit that I have been guilty of some of these as well, but I want to save you in making the mistakes that so many women have made without realizing that they are doing it.
Trying to look young instead of youthful
As a woman that is closer to fifty than forty I understand that the idea of aging can be very scary for some women. I myself still feel as though I’m in my thirties and on a good day, I probably can pass for thirty-five. However, my knees tell me that yes, I am a woman in my late forties. Lol. But seriously if you’re dressing as you did twenty years ago, it’s time to inventory your wardrobe and make some changes.

Not staying current
It is okay to get out of your comfort zone and try a new trend. Do not get this confused with only buying trendy clothes. Remember we want a 90/10 wardrobe. Ninety percent are filled with the classics and only ten percent filled with trendy items. But staying current means trying new things. I never thought I would be in a denim maxi skirt, but here we are.
You stopped prioritizing your health
Work, Kids, and even the dog is more important. Trust me I know, but how can we be there for our love ones if we aren’t healthy. Nothing ages you more than stress, depression and obesity. Take care of yourself. These small changes can have lasting effects.
